Privacy approach

Your Case belongs to you.

Privacy is not a policy page for us, it is a design principle. Below is our operating approach, in plain language. The full legal text is on the Privacy Policy page.

You own your Case
You can export or delete your Case data at any time. Deletion holds for 72 hours in case you change your mind, then completes permanently.
Data minimization
We ask only for what a Case needs. We never ask for immigration status, Social Security number, or biometric data.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sensitive content, documents, and packets carry an additional AES-256-GCM layer applied by the application.
No sale of personal information
We do not sell your data. We do not use your Case content to train third-party models.
Access control
Only you (and people you explicitly share with) can see your Case. Employees access data only for support with your permission.
Audit and correction
You can request a copy of everything we hold, and correct anything that is wrong.
