Spend your time on strategy, not reconstructing what happened.
When a person chooses to share a Trusty Review Packet, the timeline, notices, call records, questions, contradictions, and unresolved items arrive already organized. You receive only what the person intentionally shares, for only as long as access remains active, so the first hour goes to the actual issue.
No packet is shared automatically. The person creates it, controls it, and can revoke it. Trusty Law is built for the person; the record stays theirs.
The client's record, kept as it happened.
Clients build the record in their own workspace as events occur. When they choose to consult you, they generate a versioned Review Packet from those records and share it. Nothing in it is drafted for persuasion; it is organization, labeled honestly.
Chronology with provenance
Every event dated and labeled by where it came from: official source, recorded by the client, or confirmed from an uploaded document. Quiet months appear as dated checks, not gaps.
Document manifest
Every notice and record indexed with category, upload date, version, and which USCIS case it belongs to. Originals stay in the client's encrypted vault; the manifest tells you what exists.
Unresolved items and inconsistencies
Open loops (an unanswered service request, a missing notice) and possible record inconsistencies, surfaced in calm sentences at generation time. Observations about the record, never conclusions about the case.
Sources with versions
Every explanation in the record cites the official source it came from, with the edition and review date the client actually saw. The official text remains the authority.
Access on the client's terms, built for review.
A view-only, expiring link
The client shares a private link that expires on a date they chose (30 days at most) and can be revoked at any moment. Optionally password-protected. No account, no login, no cost to you.
Integrity you can check
Each packet is versioned and fingerprinted. When the client enables download, the machine-readable JSON carries a per-section sha256 manifest you can verify independently.
A comments channel
Ask for follow-up materials or leave notes directly on the packet, attributed with your name. Comments go to the client; they never modify the record.
Formats that fit your practice
Read it on screen, print it as a clean document, or (when the client enables download) take the structured Trusty Packet Protocol JSON into your own tools.
Boundaries, stated plainly.
No marketplace, no leads
Trusty Law does not sell referrals, rank professionals, or route clients to anyone. Clients share packets with professionals they already chose. You will never be listed, scored, or solicited through this product.
No silent record changes
The record belongs to the client and only the client can change it. Corrections never erase history: the original entry stays visible with its correction, so what you review is what was known when.
The client owns and controls everything
Sharing is opt-in per packet, redaction is decided by the client before sharing, links expire, and revocation is immediate. Your comments are visible to the client, never to anyone else.
Open a complete sample packet.
A naturalization matter with a missing-notice episode, an open service request, a translated-explanation section, and a follow-up comment, rendered exactly as a shared packet renders. Built entirely from fictional data and labeled as such; no real person's case is ever used.
Help us make intake better for everyone.
We are inviting a small group of immigration attorneys, DOJ-accredited representatives, legal aid organizations, law school clinics, and nonprofits to review shared packets from real engagements and tell us, through a two-minute structured form, whether they saved time and what was missing. Free for professionals, no account required, and your feedback shapes the format directly.
